Shredded coconut is usually produced in seven grades from macaroon, fine, medium, coarse, chips, tapes and shreds. It is used worldwide to prepare baked goods, confectionary and other foods. Our desiccated coconut are made from the finest quality coconuts selected from all around Indonesian archipelago. Storage Condition :
Recommended storage between 50°F – 60°F (10 – 15.5°C) and 50% – 60% relative humidity in clean odour free area and away from wall where coconut products will keep for 12 months. Avoid storage in high moisture area.
